The Great Backyard Bird Count is an international community science event where participants search for birds in their communities each year over Presidents Weekend.  Join us at the Griscom Observatory at the Briar Bush Nature Center to participate in this
year’s event. Volunteers from the Liberty Bird Alliance, formerly known as the Wyncote Audubon Society, will help participants take part! You may come and go as you wish or stay for the entire hour. Volunteers will assist participants with bird identification, the use
of loaner binoculars, and guidance for accurately reporting the bird count. This event is cosponsored by the Abington Bird Town, Briar Bush Nature Center and the Liberty Bird Alliance. All are welcome to participate!
